May 7, 2021–These Houston-area high schoolers are launching rockets a mile high — but it’s not just about the rockets They even launched a rocket LIVE on KHOU-TV HTownRush on Friday morning! There have been so many firsts in Houston when it comes to space exploration — we are “Space City” after all.

Launches of SystemsGo rockets at White Sands Missile Range, June 2016. Union Grove High School (TX) got off the rail for their very first time, but it appeared that the nozzle retaining ring blew out (along with the nozzle) and lost thrust. -

Launches of SystemsGo rockets at White Sands Missile Range, June 2016. Anahuac High School (TX) uploaded, fueled and launched. They also had their first successful launch getting off the launch rail. Something blew out of their nozzle causing a loss of thrust. Rocket did “roll over” and travel horizontally before impacting the ground. -

Published on Jun 1, 2013 On May 11th, 2013 the AeroScience students of Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD's Hollenstein Career and Technology Center participated in SystemsGo's annual high school high powered rocket launch in Freeport TX. These student teams designed and built two high powered rockets. -
